Every day for ninety days you do three things
You obey the rules
You record the truth
You prove you showed up
Your journal tracks your actions.
Your group holds you accountable.
If you miss a day, you begin again.
Not from shame.

One hour of prayer/worship
3o mins of bible study
30 mins of new skill growth
a. 15 mins of study
b. 15 mins of practice
45 mins exercise
stick to a diet/meal plan
